2017 Samsung TV Can't Reinstall Dstream App

Just over a week ago, a few of my apps crashed on my 2017 Samsung TV. I reset the Smart Hub, which deleted the apps and I began to reinstall them... but the Dstream app will not install. I keep getting error 118 unable to install please try again later. I can still download other apps just not that one.

Was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same issue. It started over a week ago and I still can't download it.

P.S. It shows the app was last updated on 11/4/21

I have a newer Samsung tv and when there is a glitch I've unplugged the tv for a minute then plugged it back in. If that doesn't work---is your tv out of storage space?

Thanks.  No there's plenty of memory available for the install and I can continue to install other apps, just not that one. I unplugged the TV for an hour and came back. I reset the Smart Hub and I've reset to factory settings the entire TV. Only that app is having this problem.

I use a directv stream box but occasionally use the samsung dtv stream app. I noticed yesterday the app had been updated recently. Seemed a bit glitchy as well maybe it's an app issue.
