4K channels poor resolution - 2017 Apple TV

Since the 4K channels have been added to DirecTV Stream, the picture quality on them appears lower resolution than the standard channels.  I'm using a 2017 Apple TV (set to 4K HDR) & 2022 4K Samsung Frame TV, I have a HDMI 2.1 cable, and am connected via Ethernet.  My internet plan supports up to 75 Mbps and consistently tests at minimum 50 Mbps.  I’m perplexed on what the issue is here as every other service I stream in 4K with this setup looks outstanding except DirecTV Stream.  For example, today I compared the exact same World Cup broadcast on the Fox Sports app (crystal clear picture) versus DirecTV Stream (low resolution).  I tried reaching out directly to DirecTV with minimal assistance.  Any thoughts/feedback on troubleshooting this?  Thanks!
