What streaming device(s)?

Are you connected to your home network?

When did the problem start?

You don't have permission to access "http://www.directv.com/tv/?" on this server.

This is a message I receive AFTER I've already been signed in - watching the news - refresh my screen and now can't get back in.  Tried Edge and Chrome get it on both sides.  How do I clean this up????

Do you have any extension running? Any blockers? Using a VPN? Have you tried running in incognito mode? Sounds like you have something blocking access to the URL on your browser.

I am having the same issue on any website connected to DIRECTV.com including forums.
Cannot access account using correct is and password.   Can at different computer at friends house.  Can’t access with any device using my Wi-Fi network.  Not desk top.  Lap top. iPad or iPhone. One day I was showing someone how it did but it worked.  I was on cellular.  When got home tried on Wi-Fi.  Denied. Cellular. Worked.   And for iPad using hotspot Wi-Fi not my Wi-Fi.   So all that stuff I did with my computer about cleaning cauch and cookies was for nothing.  But what is it that keeps my Wi-Fi from accessing DIRECTV.   Help.  Again only change in making it work is to cut Wi-Fi off on phone. Didn’t even retype password. Provider is NetSpeedNow.com

On your home network are you using a Virtual Private Network (VNP)?

Or perhaps your Internet Service Provider has blocked access to certain websites or IP addresses?

Have you tried resetting your home network gateway/router?

Did this ever work before?

No network vpn.  None on phone none on any iPad.  Yes it used to work until a couple of weeks ago. Though there was a period a year or so that I had to add vpn to access directv.  I would sign on and after entering on pass word I would enable von on desktop then refresh page and could get to directv.  Finally it started working ok and I ni longer used vpn.  So stopped using vpn on desktop.  Tried when problem re emerged. Not help this time.  No vpn ever on laptop. Or phone or iPad.  Just strange login not works through router or network.  Cut network off on phone and it works great.  In fact had to cut it off just to access this forum. And now on cellular and it is ok for time being.   Problem is my banking software is on desktop. Bills will soon need to be paid. But access denied on desktop for now

Ps.  I tried all the resetting and cleaning of cookies and caches.  And etc. but obviously something with network.  Or would not work so easily when just disable network on iPhone.

Can you try using your cell phone's data and a web browser on your phone? So we can rule out it's your internet service provider.

If I use the same Wi-Fi that I use on desktop and laptop on iPhone it does not allow me to access directv.com.   I can only access it on my phone if I disable the Wi-Fi option and only use cellular.  I would say it is something with provider or router.  I even disconnected my service line from the Wi-Fi router and plugged the service line directly to my desktop.   It would not access the directv.com from there either.  So I figure something with provider but don’t know how or what to ask at Att or NetSpeedNow.

Do have any friends/neighbors with the same ISP? What happens if you try to access DirecTV from their place?
