Android App Not Working Properly - Black Screen
So I purchased a Microsoft Surface Duo that has dual screens, and when I run the ATT app and hit fullscreen, the app goes solid black and I have to glitch it into working again by mashing buttons to get out of full screen.' This happens whether I am running full screen on only one screen, or both of them.
I have been asking about this issue for about 6 months now, and it still doesn't work properly. Can ATT fix their android environment? I don't think its much of a stretch to say that this (inoperative app in 2020) is why my investment banker is talking about pulling a few hundred mil (including my $100k) out of ATT stock.

A few hundred mill out of a market cap of $176.10B. So maybe a tenth of 1%. Yeah, they might notice (unlike 100K, which they wouldn't). But would never connect the dots to you having an issue with the Android app on one service of a partially owned subsidiary with 3 different service lines.

I think its more indicative of a long term trend than one would first expect - Similar to channel lines that are being billed and not carried on the air, or the price of the service continually increasing. How is market share of the wireless industry nowdays? ;-)

@directv_community_forums , I'm relatively sure he was focused on the behavior of the DIRECTV stream app, which is appropriate to this forum.
