Bally Sports Channels Restricting Access
None of my Bally's Sports Channels are available when I try to watch through my Osprey Box. I can watch programs on the Bally's Sports App and have no issues watching the channels on the stream.directv.com website. It's only when trying to watch on my tv using the Osprey Box that I have issues. It wouldn't be as much of a headache if the Bally Sports app wasn't awful, but I know that's not a Directv issue. However, it is annoying when the channels that were advertised as part of my package aren't available on my primary viewing device. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello @waterboy35, we want you to get the most out of your service and enjoy the programming on your DIRECTV STREAM box.
Please let us know if you're getting an error code when trying to watch the Bally's Sports channels on the device.
In the meantime, try to troubleshoot the box and also uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I’m getting a message that says “broadcast provider has restricted access to this program” but I have no issue accessing it through my phone, laptop, and other devices. It’s only on the box where I have this issue. I’ve attached a picture for reference.

Make sure you don't have a VPN app on your Osprey. Try restarting your internet modem/router and your Osprey. If that doesn't work--do a red button reset on the Osprey. Is this happening with just one program, or?

I don’t have a VPN app and I’ve tried all of those steps. It’s like this constantly on this channel regardless of what program is on.

Just checked Bally Sports Midwest on my box and no issues. Did you travel recently with any of your devices? Are you having issues with any of your other local channels? Make sure you credit card billing zip code matches what you have on file with Dtv Stream.
