Baseball game did not record - again

Mariners baseball is set to series record.  I checked in today after it should have been 30 minutes into the recording (start at 3:35 PM PST)- and it was not recording it.  This series record setting usually works - but not every time.   It was not being also broadcast on the MLB channel just for your information.  I am new to Directv streaming - 13 months - but I thought this has been a commercial product for a few years by now.  Why does it not work reliably?  Do you want me to keep reporting every problem that I have?  I quit calling the help line a long time ago.  I know more than some of those people already.  I did have an interesting chat with your AI one day but it could not fix the problem either.
