Billing Zip Code vs. Local Channels & Roku Ultra

Previous post was insightful and hopeful, contrary to what I’m being told over the phone. 
My billing zip code is in AZ, I reside in KS, and I use a single, solitary charge card for literally everything in my life. 
I’ve kept my DirectTV subscription for the sole purpose of being able to semi-easily watch local news/weather on my TV.

Since updating card info recently over the phone with DTV rep, I’m stuck with the wrong local feed, and not understanding how to remedy.
