Bug Report: App search UI collapses HD channels into 4K tiles on 1080p Apple TV profiles

Device Details: Apple TV 4K configured manually to 1080p SDR output.

Issue Description:
When searching for live sporting events that are simulcast in both standard HD and 4K, the DIRECTV Stream search index collapses both broadcasts into a single 4K search tile. It completely omits the standard HD channel broadcast from the search results layout.
Because the app queries the underlying Apple TV 4K hardware profile instead of honoring the active 1080p display resolution, it assumes a 4K display environment. For users with 1080p televisions, this makes discovering and tuning to the correct HD channel via the search bar impossible when a 4K alternate stream exists.
Requested Resolution:
Please update the search algorithm to display all available broadcast format tiers (HD and 4K) as distinct search tiles, or respect the user's active "Favorites" channel guide filter within the search results layout so unviewable 4K feeds can be bypassed.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback about your Apple TV 4K search experience, @CzarMark! This highlights a scenario regarding how the search function indexes format options across different hardware profiles and display configurations. Feedback like this is valuable as we continuously refine our user interface.

We have passed this layout behavior and your suggestions directly to our team for review in future app updates.

Workaround: In the meantime, you can easily access and record the standard HD broadcast by navigating directly through the Live Guide layout instead of using the search bar, as the Guide displays each format tier separately. Thank you for helping us improve! Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Team
