Can not sign in to direct TV streaming app
I get to the login page and the app won't let me click on username or password. When the keyboard appears, it only let's me type in password and not username. I deleted app and reloaded as well as reset my Amazon fire stick to default settings.

You use the remotes arrow and enter keys to move around to fields. One you select a field the virtual keyboard will appear for entry.

I don't know if this helps, but try to either click the round button on the Fire TV Stick's remote to pull up a keyboard when you're at the DirecTV Stream app's login screen.
It looked confusing as heck when I first tried it, but I tried basically hitting the buttons to see if I could select a field to enter the information -- and if I recall correctly, it was the center button that allowed me to enter my login ID, then after that it came up for the password field.
When trying to get it to work on a browser made me reset the password, again I couldn't select a field, but the userID was pre-populated and I entered the password by, again if I recall correctly, pushing the center "enter" button.
If that doesn't work, I'll be happy to clear data in the app on my Stick and verify the exact procedure, and write up a step-by-step for you? (Provided it still works for *me*, but again I just got the service two days ago, so hopefully it does.)

Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Go to applications within the Fire TV settings.
2. Manage applications.
3. Go to DIRECTV STREAM.
4. Select Clear Data.
5. Force close the app and then try again.
