Cannot login despite correct credentials
I keep getting a 0017 code saying that my username or password are incorrect. I have changed my password in case that was the problem, but it’s still not working. Works fine on my TV, but cannot login to the app. Please help!!

I am having the same problem too. It giving me that error message too. I can sign in on my desktop but not my laptop. Having problems with all my boxes to my TV. Can't watch TV now.

I have had the app for about a year and it has automatically opened and I’ve been able to use it since I initially installed it. All of a sudden the other day it asked me to login and then won’t accept my login. That’s why I had changed my password, thinking I had maybe forgotten it, but it won’t allow me to login still. No blockers on.
