Cannot login to Direct Tv App

On my Roku tv or other Roku device, my login will not work. And now it says I have exceeded my login attempts. However the direct tv app on my iPhone does accept my login and works fine.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the DirecTV App on your Roku devices?

Yes, I tried twice. Once after a few attempts. Then after I reset my password to try with the new password and it didn’t work either.

It will say login/password incorrect. Then it will say too many attempts made check our website online for help.

You must change your DIRECTV ID password. Please go to directv.com, enter your user ID, click next, and you will be directed to a page that prompts you to select which password you want to reset. On that page, select DIRECTV ID. Let us know how it goes. Rizza, DIRECTV Community Team
