Cant Login Using a Windows PC

When I attempt to login using a windows PC the browser says "Logout successful" and returns to the Login Screen

Are you using any ad-blockers, VPNs, or firewalls? What browser are you using? Does the login work on other devices like Apple computers, tablets, or phones? Also, does the DIRECTV STREAM login work fine for you in the app on a streaming device?

No ad-blockers, VPNs or firewalls.   Tried both Chrome and Edge on my two PCs and another PC on another ISP.  Had been working fine for over two years on my PCs.

Yes, DirecTV Stream works fine on my two stand alone Roku's and a Roku TV.

Have you tried using incognito (private) mode? Nothing has change with the website URL. It's on your side.

Yes I have tried incognito mode. Same thing. I don't think its me as I had my son try it from his location over 1500 miles away and the same thing happens to him.  It just started happening on 7/7/22

yes using a vpn with PC and the online works fine on mobile devices

Using a VPN to hide your location is against their T&C. If detected your account may be suspended.

This is happening to me too since yesterday at least on a MacBook with 2 different browsers.  Tried a password reset with no success.

It logs in, then says "logout successful" in the tab title then just keeps asking you for your password over and over.  No technical error.   This only applies to stream.directv.com, directv.com and att.com work fine.    But if you try to hit "watch now" on directv.com it will just take you to the login screen again and loop you.

Known issue my ***! There thousands the are using a PC with no issues. There is no problem with the URL.
