Can't stream DirecTV on TV away from home

No. This is what I get after logging in. I can't go anywhere past this.

It is Directv Stream because thats what i have. I can log in but I can't watch anyTV. I showed these screenshots to a tech in the store and he was puzzled too.

Here's my login page

Correct. No channel. Streaming does work on my phone and laptop.

Honestly haven't tried other channels except my local Regional Sports channel and that didn't work either.

Thank you for the information, but it is strange that using my grandson's login works. He lives in another zip code from me but not the same one as my vacation home.

To further complicate matters, my login worked at the vacation home for one month after I got the service at home and then it stopped letting me watch. And that's where I'm at today, 6 weeks later.

Grandson has different zip code from my home and vacation home. 

Ok thanks to both of you. I will try changing my password over the weekend and let you know if that made a difference. 

So "stream anywhere" is a misnomer.

Since I have not tested non-local channels I can't really affirm it's just local I can't get. I have given all the info I know. I will try a couple things this weekend and respond back to this thread on Sunday or Monday.
