CBC sports programs
I've had DirecTv and DirecTv Stream for years now and have a constant problem with CBS sports programs. They are always very "grainy" or pixely in quality. I can watch the same programs via the CBS app so I feelits not a bandwidth problem. This has been a problem from TX, WA, and now GA so I don't think it's a local provider issue. Thoughts?

What are you using to stream? Is this an issue only with your CBS station or does this happen on other stations while viewing?

Like I said, I've had this problem with satellite and streaming service. And across multiple Internet service providers in different states. Only with CBS live sports.

It's hard to believe the problem has followed me through 3 different states and isp providers. U fortunately the only common denominator is DirecTV. And they have been no help.

Interestingly enough is that I can watch the same program on the CBS app via the DirecTV box and the video is excellent.

Guess I’m lucky, I’ve been a Sat customer for almost 30 years, Stream for the last 3 months, and never had a picture problem. Living in SoCal weather has never really been a problem. A bad cord now and then. Just thinking since I got stream has been hard to tell the difference between 4K and whatever. Jack or cord would be guess…

Can't be a jack or cord on one channel and all TV's unfortunately.

Have you tried different video setting on your TV? If you had the issue with different devices (satellite and stream), and on different Internet connections, it could be a setting on the TV.

Wouldn't that impact other channels programs as well? And wouldn't it be specific to a single TV?

Didn't realize you were referring to it happening on different TVs. If it is possible have you tried to get the channel OTA, via an antenna, using the TV tuner?
