I am having the exact same issue. It plays fine on the Directv app on my Samsung SmartTV, but when trying to watch it on my Fire Stick on a different TV, it won't load. It shows the blue loading bar, but never loads. Every other channel works fine, this is only happening when trying to watch Fox News on the Fire Stick. Any suggestions?
It’s not just Channel 360, it happens multiple times each day for me on various channels. The only solution I’ve found is to Restart the Firestick from Settings. This just started happening about a week ago. You’re watching a channel for awhile then decide to change the channel and after selecting it via the Guide, or Watch Now, the channel name appears on the screen and blue bar pulses underneath but never loads. You can select another channel and it may or may not load. It’s hit or miss. Restarting the Firestick has worked for me each time but there’s something wrong.
I have seen this happen on my Firestick too. Another solution besides a restart is to go into your app settings, clear the cache of the DTV app, force stop the app, and then reopen the app. That has worked for me and is probably quicker than waiting for the Firestick to reboot.
It started for me yesterday. It only happens to the Fox Business and Fox News Channels. I tried to clear the cache but that didn't help. I restarted the firestick and it finally came on. It seems like something changed in the last couple days.
On a different note anyone having problems with recording their sports teams?
channel 360 has been up and down for months. Sometimes it works, sometimes you have to stream for access. Today it us blank. No way to access thru Directv Cable box. Why can’t this channel be fixed? For me this is the only channel I’m having a problem with!

No errors. Just the blue bar as if the content is buffering but minutes later it is still stuck.
After restarting firestick (4 times) it is now working.

@teknoge3k Just try restarting your Fire Stick the original poster said they had to restart it multiple times before it started to work again.
