Cloud DVR recordings pixelating

All recordings have intermittent pixelation throughout the whole recording on all devices, Roku mobile and dtvs boxes. 

Live tv is fine.

Hi @BB106 we'd like to see what's happening with your recordings.

 

If you haven't yet, please delete and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app before accessing the recordings once again.

 

Please keep us posted on the results and also let us know if you're using a wired (Ethernet) or wireless (Wi-Fi) connection. We want to help you enjoy your favorite content.
