Cloud dvr

I can't see any of my recorded shows on my tv with the cloud dvr. It comes up with a opps something went wrong!!! I can see it on my laptop but not on my roku tv.

I can't watch any of my recordings either. Same error "Oops something went wrong". Restarted system to no avail.

I don't think contacting support is going to change anything, I have the same issue, apparently, they have a problem they are aware of, at least that is what the notice says when you try to watch a recorded program.

There is definitely something going on.  I just finished watching a recorded show and I cannot delete it.  Tried to start watching another recorded show, the first time, it wouldn't even open, a few minutes later I was able to start watching a new recording, but still cannot delete the watched show.

@van863 you are doing better than I am, can't delete the watched show and can't watch anything else in the dvr cloud

@Ludwick577 what kind of 'outage'?  I can watch a current show in real time just fine but not anything in my cloud dvr

Direct TV error message when trying to playback any recordings in My library:

Oops something went wrong

How is resetting an account the issue?  Is every user going to have to ask for a reset?

DVR playback works using Direct TV app on iOS devices, but not on Roku.

@JenMic according to support, they are aware of the issue and working to fix it, affects almost all DirecTV stream customers

Lots of people, including myself, reporting that it is back working again (without refreshing account).

Universal problem fixed. 

Maybe someone tripped over the extension cord for the interface device between Roku Direct TV streaming and the DVR cloud servers.

@Cassie77 mine just came back, they did a refresh on my account and it's working, could be they also found the fix at the same time.  But at least it is ok now.
