CNN and other channels not in guide
I use the DTV app on my iPad. I have installed the latest app. Several channels, such as CNN and MSNBC, are not even appearing in the guide. Solution?

Be sure your Guide is set to "Filter: All". Those channels appear in the Guide on my iPad.
