code 0018
everytime i log into the directv stream app on my iphone, i am given a code 0018 and am directed to the regular directv app. i am unable to use the stream app on my phone. i have also tried logging into the app on my roku tv with the same login credentials and it isn’t working.

Please make sure that the credentials you're using are the ones attached to the DIRECTV STREAM account.

Hi I’m getting the same error code on my iPhone. Has there been a fix for this? We only have stream but apparently have the direct tv login as well as direct tv stream login which gives me the 0018 error code and redirects me to direct tv app. What’s interesting is that it works perfectly fine on our android. We are not paying for 2 services either.

I’m having this issue logging into Stream on my Apple TV. It asks me if I want to use my DirecTV account and then when I give it those credentials it won’t log me in. I k ow they are correct because I went to my computer and logged in successfully. I also tried the delete and reinstall app fix to no avail. 😒

Thanks for the reply, but honestly I don’t even know what you’re referring to. 😜 After downloading the Stream app, it asks me to sign in using my DirecTV account info, so it appears that Apple TV is not signing me in.
