Content not available, baseball recording problem again

The Mariners baseball is set to record using series record.  I checked last night and it showed that it was going to record tonight at 7:00 PM.  I turned it on at 8:00 PM expecting to have an hour already recorded.  Instead of the game I got a message that says "The owner of this content has not made it available to stream in this area".  No recording.  It is a home game and they usually record as scheduled.  I went to channel 687 and am now watching the game in progress, but of course I have missed a few innings.   I am paying for the Mariners TV package and all games that are on channel 687 should be recording.  Please answer - is this correct?  If I can watch it live, why is it not recording.  This is very frustrating.  I realize there are a few games that aren't on #687 but instead are broadcast on Prime, Disney, Peacock, etc but that is not the situation here.
