CW network not showing up on mobile app
I've been trying to correspond with DirecTV over social media for a week in an attempt to find out why the CW network isn't showing up on the mobile app (I can watch the channel at home). I've also been trying to figure out why there's no on demand content (ability to go back and watch a program that aired).
Over the past week, I've accomplished nothing except authenticate the account several times, have different agents tell me it's the Nexstar dispute (there's only one channel that I'm missing and have been missing for three months because of the dispute now and that's NBC). I've also been told to uninstall and reinstall the app. That didn't do anything.
I'm now coming here trying to sort this out.

The dispute was resolved for a temporary period of time as DIRECTV works with Nexstar to accomplish a fair agreement. In the meantime, both your NBC and CW stations should be restored. If no immediate change, wait a few hours and consider re-logging into your directv app.

I had access to CW before (when at home). NBC was the only channel I couldn't watch anywhere.
I signed out of the DirecTV app and waited a few hours before logging back in. No change in that I still cannot find CW in the lineup on the app (no CW or The CW). The only reason I'm locking for is there's a program that I had been watching on USA and then for some reason the next season of the series moved to CW.

Have you tried to find the CW using the search function to make sure it is not there?

The way I use the app is that I open and then I always have to wait a minute or two. Then I select the guide option. It's here that I scroll through the list to see what I want to watch. Cw is nowhere to be found.
Trying the search option, I did find it but when I select it, there's a message that says there are no programs are available from this network.
If I'm at home, all I have to do is go to the guide and select the channel. There's nothing for on demand as there would be for say fox network.
So what's going on here?

Issues with the CW may be related to the fact that Nexstar owns it (well, a controlling interest). Nexsatar may be using the CW as an additional bargaining chip. I'm pretty sure I saw a statement saying that was why on-demand disappeared, and why the CW was blocked for some CW affiliate stations not owned by Nexstar. (I believe those stations were unblocked after their owners complained to Nexstar.)
It's odd that you do have the CW on your home devices but not on the mobile. Did it used to work at the locations where it is not showing up now? Have you tried the mobile device connected to your home WiFi?
