Direct Stream Quality of everything...especially the App

Why don't you get some devs that know what they are doing?  Your UI is horrible!  Every time you guys change or update something it's just worse!!!  Stop trying to make new things when you already have bugs and issues to begin with...  Hire some people that actually know how to code and actually USE the product (app) and can see how terrible it is and maybe they will realize what needs to be fixed/resolved...honestly it is a shame the fact that your company charges that much a month and still can't get it right!!!!

-No Dark Mode option...Boy I love getting blinded by bright WHITE backgrounds while trying to watch in a low lit room. Neat (your about 8 years behind on this one)
-AutoRefresh when going back to guide or watch now cat.  Seems like this one should be obvious but not for you guys!!
-Side bar stays on screen ALWAYS now...nothing like trying to burn an image into my $4,000 TV screen-even when you choose FullScreen mode. (I use my PC to run my TV so I can get the best quality) 

AND your little DirectvStream boxes are trash!  Why isn't there 4K programming???  This is 2022 NOT 1998!!!

I'm so close to canceling my sub to this service...

Sorry, you are so unhappy with your service but this is a customer-to-customer forum if you want to complain your best bet would be to do so on their Twitter and Facebook.

And another point you just made...I shouldn't have to go to Twitter or Facebook...I should be able to use the forums associated to the company, just like they should be...  I refuse to be part of the "herd" on social media (Edited per community guidelines).... Thanks tho
