Direct TV displayed another persons account

We have had many access issues with our account. We have a home and we travel in our RV where we use two TVs with Roku and Direct TV is our main TV service. A few nights ago we logged in and found children’s programs all over the ribbons and all of our recordings gone! We thought someone hacked our account. Then we saw we were in someone else’s account! We have a picture which includes her email. 

has anyone else experienced this? 

we gave up on customer experience as they do not understand how service works… :(
