Direct TV Player media software will not load on Windows PC.
When the software tries to load I keep getting a notification from Windows that it can’t verify its certification and asks me if I want to run it anyway. I accept but your player still asks me to download it again. I restart my computer, sign in to Direct TV but still won’t stream. My IPad will stream ok

It’s not ‘our’ player. We are a bunch of customers like you on a public forum.
What service do you have? It sounds like you have DIRECTV satellite but you posted in the DIRECTV STREAM forum, a completely different service.
Have you tried a different browser and removed all ad-blockers, turned off VPNs and firewalls, etc?

If you are using windows along with a compatible browser---chrome/edge/firefox then you don't need separate software player for Dtv stream to work. Are you going to stream.directv.com ? What version of windows are you using? Also--make sure your internet browser is updated.
