Direct TV stream box buffering

My tv with the box is constantly buffering and going blank and the TVs with the direct tv stream app is doing the same thing.  I have called and reported this issue so many times.  Nobody is fixing it.  I pay my bill every month and I should be getting good service if I’m paying for something.  I have a Samsung 2021 4K television
