DirecTV app freezes shortly after opening on my TCL 6 series TV w/ Google TV
I recently downloaded the DirecTV app and after the first sign in prompts I am taken to a landing page with sports scores on them and then the app freezes before I can navigate anywhere else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app five times now and there has been no change. I have the latest update for my TV installed. I am very frustrated and disappointed. How can this be fixed?
