DirecTv Cuts Off Indy 500 Before the Finish

We're sorry the race got cut off early, @hiltsy855. This usually happens when a program goes beyond its scheduled time allotted in the guide, causing the recording to stop right at that set end time since our Auto-Extend feature doesn't cover motorsports. You might be able to catch the full race On Demand if the network uploads it later. For future live events, we suggest recording the show scheduled immediately after the race just in case. Really?  Motorsports don't Auto-Extend?  I'd like to know who made that decision.  Not being able to have the option to extend recordings is ludicrous. DirecTv is the laughing stock of streaming services. The satellite DVR system was so awesome, yet the streaming DVR is terrible.
