I've also called to report this issue. It just says on the same page once on the perks website. It also states perks are available but there is no place to login to the website.

Website works fine for me. Just check on PC, cell phone, and a tablet. No issues. Must be something on your end.

Okay here's what I am seeing. I'm on a wifi connection. I'm a DIRECTV Satellite customer. I'm on this website below. When on this page what should I be seeing as to where a customer can login with their DIRECTV account login and password?

All the information DIRECTV has provided me is this is a technical error and is being worked on and fixed.

Absolutely! It's a working website. Customers can access DIRECTV PERKS through directv.com/perks from their desktop or mobile device.
