Directv Steam boxes (devices) in my home have lost connecting to Home Location?

I have 3 Direct TV stream boxes that have all lost connection to Home Location.  They “think” we are trying to stream outside our House.  The problem this creates is that we can only watch TV on 2 of our televisions.  Direct TV stream only allows reconnect home location 4 times a year????  Why are they losing the home location?  And how can you fix this?  I have contacted tech support 2 times already AND they don’t know or understand the problem.  This last time she sent me a new BOX.  This is NOT a device problem, it is programming problem.  PLEASE advise ASAP.  I like the service but will have to cancel if this cannot be resolved.

The error code is 30004-003

On a different screen it shows:  Not Connected to Home Network and gives an IP address.

Are all 3 boxes in the same location? Have you tried restarting all 3?

Sounds like your IP address from your ISP is changing thus the app thinks you have moved. Have you contacted your ISP to inquire? Are you using WiFI or Ethernet? Are you using any WiFi extenders on your network?

We have google fiber but connect WI-FI.  I haven’t contacted them yet but i will.  I have restarted all 3 boxes and have also done diagnostic resets as well.  Boxes are located in LR, Master and kids room.  Error shows up and blocks TV viewing as soon as we turn on a 3rd television.  I checked settings on all 3 boxes and none of them are connected to Home Location.

Try the 3rd device being your phone and see if 2TV and a mobile works.
