DIRECTV stream app

Need  more info.  What streaming device? What exactly happens when trying to log in? Can you log in on other devices?

With a similar problem on the Roku what worked was changing the password using the directv.com website and then using the new password everywhere. 

I get these same errors on an iphone now. The live chat agents have been unable to resolve the issue. Please advise how to fix this.
