DirecTV vs Google TV

I see that many users have some of the same issues with the compatibility of DirecTV and GoogleTV.  My issue is that I don't have a bluetooth device installed on the TV.  It is slow in the DTV homepage.  It requires rebooting every morning and it pauses file from my library every time I access them.

This is really frustrating, and I would never have purchased a TV with GoogleTV installed if I had known.  There has to be a fix for this.  Please.
