DTV Stream on devices

I was told that when I gave up my satellite service with DTV after 25+ years and switched to TV stream that I can have up to 20
concurrent devices. Every time I use more than 2-3 I receive a message that I have too many devices using TV Stream. WHY???

If this is a bait and switch marketing ploy I will need to cancel my Service and update social media with this crap
