During network congestion program will not play smoothly
I have a grandfather AT&T now live a little plan, and for about a week, I have been receiving the following error message that “during network congestion program will not play smoothly”. It freezes program, then restarts the live show and I miss what previously happened on the screen. It does this every 1-2 minutes and it has made watching tv impossible. This problem happened a few months ago, but it stopped, but now it’s doing it again.
All of my apps are updated, and there are no issues with my internet. It happens using the devices that are listed below:
1) Home TV, firstick, Comcast internet
2) My iphone, At&T internet
3) My TV in my Motorhome, Roku, At&T broadband 4g/5g

Sounds like you are having congestion issues at times. Try restart your environment (modem and router) then restart the app and try again.

Tell us more about your internet service .... download speed? WiFi? Ethernet?

I just got AT&T Gig Fiber to Home, and Direct Stream via 4k firestick. Computer and Firestick both get congestion warnings and errors. Computer is 1G Ethernet to router. Router is TP-AX11000.
Smells like its a Direct Stream issue, not having problems with wifi or PC-ethernet data streams.
