I need to know how to organize recordings in Chronological or Alphabetical order the current setup just drops them into show names but no particular order.

It is what it is. You have no control over the organization of the entries.

Thank you, I sort of thought that is what it was. I had contacted Direct Stream and would get the standard answer. "I sent you and email that should help you do that." If I wasn't getting a good rate I would go back to Xfinity.

Many would and have sought better solutions. Basically, the DVR is archaic and has changed little since the conception of the service. I would not expect much to change in the near future. It's sad they spend little to no time improving the service, yet the price continues to soar.
