DVR Random Sort Order

What is the receiver model? For HR34 series and the rest of the standalone HDDVR receivers, you should be able to click ‘LIST’ and then the ‘DASH’ (-) button. From there, choose ‘Change Order of Playlist.’

From there, focus on the last two options that say Date (Newest First) and Date (Oldest First).

For newer Genie receivers (HR44 and above) you will need to press ‘LIST’ and then ZERO to toggle through the options.

I should have mentioned that I am using my computer and Roku. Library sort order is the same on both. Thanks!

You posted in the DIRECTV satellite forum and it seems you have DIRECTV STREAM because you mention a Roku and computer. Please confirm, DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV satellite?
