Error Code 30004-003

Hello 

I have 5 Direct tv streaming boxes from att 3 at my location that is the billing address and 2 more at another location, not always  but lately 1 of the TVs at the other location keep getting a too many streams Error 30004-003. After testing all of the TVs today they all worked at the same time what caused this to happen 

Total devices 5,  3 devices at the home location and 2 devices away 

20 devices at the home location are available and 3 device away including 2 TVs correct id so  I should not be getting the error message 3004-003
