Extended time for PGA

I am new on this forum, what is a PM?

I had the same problem with my recording spent probably 40 minutes on the phone with a representative who told me that it wasn’t their fault DIRECTV.   my call was absolutely horrible and I’m tired of missing extended time sporting events. The representative tried to tell me it was the network‘s fault that it didn’t Record the playoff holes.

now it’s been nearly 24 hours and still no response from DIRECTV to the post by an earlier customer so disappointing

I found the request from directv for my contact information.  The location below their request says "Conversation Closed".  I guess they did not want to help with this problem after all. I am a day late in responding but I did not know what a PM was.

I found the directv PM.  You are requesting email or phone number which I don't mind providing.  The line where the message wants me to reply won't allow the cursor to select it so I can enter information, and it says Conversation Closed.  I do not see any way to reply.  This should be pretty simple but I don't think it is working correctly.
