Failure of channel to "load"

When I choose a channel to watch a specific program on Directv streaming, the logo for the channel will come up with a black screen behind it but the channel will not "open" to the scheduled program.  Sometimes it will finally open but other times regardless of how long I wait, it won't open at all.  This seems to be most prevalent for channels in the 200 range.  Any suggestions?

I have only restarted the router so far.  I have not reinstalled the app. I assume that is what I should now try and will do so.  Thanks

I reset the app on one tv and that seems to be working ok now.  Do I have to reset the app on each tv (2 more) as they seem to be having the same issue?

Just so I am clear - when you say "device" what, exactly, are you referring to?
