Failure to record baseball game - again
My Directv streaming system once again failed to record the Mariners baseball game that was on last night. It was set on series record and the games have been recording just fine. The game was on channel 687 (Mariners tv). I caught it after missing the first hour and set it to record manually. For your information, the game was also being broadcast on the MLB channel 213. So instead of recording the game on both channels, it chose neither.

I read in your message that you would like me to provide my phone number to you. I have no problem doing that but I do not see any method for me to reply to your message.

I see this box at the bottom that says reply to this post - but I don't think this is what you are talking about.

If I click on the bell icon, it goes to this page where my original question is listed along with a list of comments from others - just you and I on this question that I wrote. If I go the the Direct Message box just to the left of the Bell, it shows message to me from directv. On that screen is a box that says "view content". If I click on that I get error message 404. Near the bottom of the page is a box that says "you are conversing with a directv agent" - but I am not and don't see any way to converse with anyone. Under that line looks like where I should enter my communication to you and it says "conversation closed" and hovering the cursor there produces a circle with a line through it and won't allow me to do anything. I would like to give you the information that you need but can't figure out how.

Bad news. I normally do everything through the google chrome browser. I opened up Safari instead and logged on to your site. I tried opening up your direct messages to me and have the exact same problem. You have my email address, it is part of establishing an account on this site, can't we open up a dialogue using that?
Thanks, Ed

I just noticed the direct message indicator was lit in red. It was in reference to a message I sent in 14 days ago about a baseball game not recording. For the first time, I was able to reply to you using the input line at the bottom of the screen. Every time I have tried this before, that line was not actually active and would not let me enter any comments.
