Sorry for the trouble recording tonight's basketball game, @martharose. This error usually pops up due to a temporary guide data glitch. Please try restarting your device by unplugging it from power for 30–60 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully reboot. Search for the game directly in the Live Guide and press Record (or set it as a one-time recording instead of a series/team recording). Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team
