FanDuel tv
The channel will play for a few minutes then begins to stutter and go in slow motion. If I turn to a different channel then back it works again a few minutes then starts again. This has happened for months, and only on FanDuel no other channels behave this way.

I don't believe you can DM them, just reply to a DM they send you. It's apparently a little too much to expect the support reps to understand their own system...
What device are you using to watch this (DirecTV streamer, Roku, AppleTV, etc.)? Do you have a different device (either TV, mobile, computer) to try it on?

It only happens on Firestick, plays fine on my phone & pc. Just rather odd it's only the 1 channel no others have playback issues.

FWIW, I just checked that channel on a FireStick (for only a few minutes) and didn't see that issue. I did notice some "cartoony" looking behavior on some fast moving things (it was showing MMA) but I don't know what video format FanDuel provides (720p, 1080i, maybe 1080p) and the odd display I saw could be an artifact of that. I have no clue as to what could cause the sort of behavior you indicate on only 1 channel.
