FOX news live tv not streaming on the fox app, AGAIN!

I cannot stream FOX news live tv from the fox app. AGAIN

Why does the error message say "you are not authorized..."? Is this more political (Edited per community guidelines)?

Man, DTV is quick to fix my post. Lets see how long it takes to fix the REAL problem.

Works fine for me! What provider are you usong? You need to select DirecTV Stream from the other list.

I get the issue when using either the fox news app on my phone or the fox news website on my pc.

I'm having to watch it using the direct TV app on my phone.

I was watching thru the fox app earlier until I got a phone call that I answwered. When I switched back to the app I received the error message. Went to the fox news site on my pc and same message.

Hi @reinoso1, thanks for reaching us.

In this case to get the app working again, let's try to close and open the app again. If this does not work let's uninstall and then install the app again.

Wrong answer.

Same issue happens when I use my pc to access their website:

@reinoso1 Thanks for letting us know. 

If the same issue is happening on the website, let's delete cache and cookies, we can also try to stream on another browser. Let's make sure we have all the latest updates on our devices, to make sure the app is compatible with the software version on them.

Results:

PC - deleted cookies, restarted website. It is now functioning.

phone - deleted cookies, still received error message.

           - deleted app and reinstalled, now functioning.

Only happens with FOX + DirectTV.

Thanks for the responses and help. Still disappointed with DTV.
