Gemini Air 72 hour look back not working

Can anyone confirm that 72 hour look back works and maybe tell me what steps you are using and which network. I have 2 new Gemini airs both with the same issue. I follow all the directions, selecting a network off the guide, getting to the single network vertical guide but can never get above the current show playing to see previous shows. I tried many of the networks that are listed as supporting look back and also followed all the troubleshooting steps.
