Gemini Air device suddenly reverting to screensaver/user selection screen after few minutes

Approximately one month in to using Gemini Air with Frontier Internet and Panasonic TV.  Setup was working fine until two days ago.  Now, after a couple to few minutes of showing a program, it reverts to the DirecTV screensaver.  Sometimes it goes back to the User Select menu.  Other times it says to check the tv input configuration.

Frontier Internet  is 1Gbps up/down (max) with an Eero Pro home mesh network.  One Eero is downstairs and connected to the router.  Second is upstairs where the TV is also located.

Tried the following per the Chatbot. Tech support is closed.

1) Checked the HDMI input: Unplugged and replugged connector into HDMI Input 1.  Verified that TV was set to HDMI Input 1

2) Unplug the USB power to the Gemini, wait 10+ seconds, plug it back in  --> Didn't fix

3) Ran internet diagnostic -> Strong. 275 Mbps

4) Factory reset and setup everything again -> Worked for a little longer, then reverted to the same problem

- Took a while to do this

HDMI2 Input doesn't change anything.  All other devices on the home network are working fine.  The Gemini Air  problem came up all of a sudden.

Status LED is white (connected to the Internet) except when in boot or during reset.  Gemini Air device is warm to the touch but not hot.

DirecTV setup on a Roku downstairs works without these issues.

Thanks.  I contacted support via Chat.  They are sending a replacement device.  Hope that it solves the problem.

Strange that it stopped working all of a sudden.
