Gemini Air Slow Guide display and channel change video buffering

Started a couple of days ago. The Guide is slow to display and same for changing channels. Also occasional message re video loading, i.e. buffering.

Originally I thought maybe something was updating in the background but it has now been a few days and the Guide and changing channels are still slow. 

Any ideas?
