Genie Device Displays Wrong City
After moving from IA to AZ our Genie Devices still show Sioux City, which is in IA. We have moved our service to AZ with Direct TV and receive Tucson, AZ local channels. However all the other channels are still shown in Central timezone, Sioux City. We have tried to use Direct TV chat support and they have not been able to fix it. Can someone at Direct TV corporate help with this issue?

Did you change the zip code with your credit card on file both with Directv and you cc company? If that's a yes---what device are you using?
