Guide not loading

Up arrow shortcut on DirecTV stream causes a blank guide. But the left arrow sidebar navigation works on Onn Roku TV

@klordo1 Please try these troubleshooting steps to fix the guide shortcut:

 

1. Delete and reinstall the DIRECTV App on your Onn Roku TV.
2. Check for and install any available updates on your Roku device.
3. Restart your Roku device by unplugging it for one minute, then plugging it back in.
4. Confirm that your Roku remote batteries are working properly.

Thank you. Yesterday I unplugged the TV, waited 60 seconds and plugged back in. Didn't work as the guide still wouldn't load using the up arrow. I checked for updates to the app but it was up to date. I will replace remote batteries next.

Thank you. The issue also started with the use of the quick access DirecTV app on the Roku new home screen. The main DirecTV app never had this issue.
