Help watching on Windows 10 - lost screen controls

Hi - I hope this is the correct place for this...?

I seem to have just lost all of the screen controls for DirecTVStream using a laptop with Windows 10. (volume, full screen, rec, pause etc.) I signed in and out several times in case it was initially a sign in error.  This had happened several months ago and it turned out to be a known issue. The issue was fixed. Now it has happened again and I don't know if its just my computer or it's a problem that occurred during a recent upgrade or something?

Does anyone have any info on this?  If I haven't posted in the correct area I apologize. If so, please let me know where I should post.

Thank you.

Have you tested using incognito mode? Also clear cache and disable any extnsion and try again.

Which browser? Chrome and Microsoft edge are the only ones that support Dtv stream.

Thanks for the responses.

I am using Chrome - latest version. Yes I have cleared the cache and all cookies. I haven't tried Incognito so I will although I have a feeling I will get the same results.  I only use Adobe as an ext and it has always worked perfectly fine. (I work in IT so I have some knowledge of things to try.)

I have watched this way daily for years. It was fine yesterday and then overnight it changed and I lost the control features.

Same thing occurs in Incognito and also after disabling  Adobe.  This is incredibly frustrating as I cannot watch recorded programs since I cannot see the rewind/ff 15 sec or the pause buttons.

I guess I have to call their support. I haven't changed anything on my laptop so I don't understand why this is happening all of  a sudden.   I am going to try another browser - Edge just to see if it happens.

Sorry for the delay. Had to get my laptop back out. Same issue here so its nothing to do with your setup. This happen a few weeks ago also but cleared up after a few days. Looks like they did something again. Suggest you report it to support. I have already reported from my side.
