You'll need a streaming device, like Roku or FireStick, to get the Paramount Plus App and subscription. It has nothing to do with DirecTV Stream service. It's different than the Paramount channel that you probably get with your DirecTV Stream subscription.

Paramount Plus is a paid subscription service not related to DirecTV Stream. You can download the app and subscribe to the service.
