Ummm, no. Only three streams outside your home network. And only 2 streams depending on what devices they're streaming outside of your home network. Details on the DirecTV Stream website. 

they will be using fire sticks, so how many besides me can stream then.

think i read somewhere it can be streamed in several areas at once and i'm trying to find out what the kids can use. fire stick, laptop and what not thanks for the reply. i got lost on that site and that's why i asked.

Keep in mind: Only two streaming devices connected to a TV can be accessed out of the home. For example: one DIRECTV STREAM device and one Firestick.

Can I watch 3 in home Direct TV Stream Devices and 2 outside Stream signals(1 Tablet app and 1 Direct TV Device) at the same time? If not, what is the limit between in-home  + outside streams AT THE SAME TIME?

You can enjoy up to three streams at the same time while away from your home network and in-home maximum is 20 streams minus any out of home streams being used concurrently.

Can the 3 out of home streams all watch different live channels or will they have to watch a show on the dvr if 1 of the 3 streamers is watching live tv?

They can all be different channels.
